I was told "too early to tell" at 3 weeks. Can you tell now?

Does the peacomb have three vertical rows of bumps (as opposed to just one row)? The angle of your photo isn't straight on, but the comb looks like it might be three rows. If so, you have a roo.
 
Thanks, all! I kinda figured but my husband is still in denial. The kids took the news well (Jane is their favorite). They decided they no longer like "Sylvester" for a name and have dubbed him "Clark" instead. Clark will be allowed to stay as long as he minds his manners.

And yes, I think the comb is 3 rows but the center one is definitely more prominent and I can barely see a hint of the other two rows. That part kept me hoping for a girl but the tail curling all over the place, the red splotches, and the early reddening suggested otherwise from what I've read here.

He's always had big, puffy cheeks but I'm also noticing the puff extends over the ear holes on him with a twisted little poof in the ear. Does that mean he's "tufted"?
