5 weeks old now tranfer outside?

Hey guys! I have 5 week old chicks that have been spoiled in my laundry room for too long. I live in Phoenix AZ and right now it's overcast and rainy at 100° Normally 110+ and sunny during day 90s at night. We have been taking "field trips" out to enclosure around coop at sunset but only for maybe an hour at a time. 3 are just about fully feathered but one still fuzzy. Given all this when can they go out? Is my coop secure? When do I transition off (med) chick starter? 1st timer and I'm already a crazy chicken lady now but I need some help!
Hello Your coop needs larger windows for air circulation. You can cut them larger on all sides and it will be better. For example 3 times bigger would be helpful.

5 week old chickens can die in that temperature because it will be hotter in the coop without large window ventelation. The rain if it makes puddles they can walk in will help cool them down. If it is that hot without rain one thing you can do is to turn on your hose a little bit to keep half of the ground they walk on turned into a large cool puddle.

Your tarp is low to the coop roof. That is good for maximize size of shade but you need one more tarp above the first tarp. You need layers of shade. If you can put more tarps to the sides

You can change the medicated feed when the time you are ready. Medicated feed is for enclosed chickens that can't escape from walking in and scratching their own poop into their water and feed.
