5 weeks & wattles, always a boy?

    I have BLRW mutt chicks, 5 weeks old. Moms are Austraulorp, Black Star, Ameraucana and maybe the Partridge Cochin (tho no chicks have feathered feet!).

    My question is this: a bunch have wattles and I have been calling them all roos... is this true?
    I think all 5 Ameraucana eggs that hatched (now EE chicks) are pullets because I don't see any signs of wattles, but this could be the breed too...

    btw, even though they are mutts, the colors on all the chicks are GORGEOUS! It will be hard to pick one roo to keep!
