what can I use to help her she just stays kinda slumped and will not eat or drink we have already had 3 die they are on medi cated chick starter and water

I'm sorry you're having to go through this. It sounds like classic Coccidiosis to me (they can get it even if they're on medicated starter). If that's what it is, you're going to need a coccidiostat to treat it effectively (Sulmet will help, but only with certain kinds). Have they been in contact with the dirt outside or eaten any worms or such?

I recommend you treat them with Corid amprolium 9.6% solution. Dosage is 9.5cc per gallon of water, treat for 7 days straight.
Dosage for 2 quarts of water is 4.75cc x 7 days.
