5 wk old chirping a lot

Hello-

I have 2 - 5 wk old buff orps that I have had for 1 week. They have been doing fine until yesterday. One is still good but the other is chirping constantly with a low-tone and tries to climb under her sister. They are kept indoors (20's outside here) and in a large cardboard box.

This morning she would not take mealworm treats as she usually does. I haven't been able to see if she is eating regular food. We have them on medicated chick started, and the water has probitic mix in it.

Is there something else I should be doing or checking for? I see reference to "Superboost" in other threads but don't know what action I should take. These are my first chickens.

It sounds as if the chick is chilled. Can you provide supplemental heat?

Thanks for the welcome...and advice. Looks like I'll be going home at lunch with a new heat lamp. ;o)
