50 swollen crops NEED HELP

We have 39 pullets of various varieties and 11 cornish cross meat birds. All of them have swollen crops some are rock hard and others are squishy, but they all have a bulge on their right side of neck. When I go out tomorrow AM what can I do to fix problem???????

if they are still the same way in the morning then you may have an issue... remove the food for the night and see what the crop looks like in the morning

The food is out of coop for the night and only fresh water was added before I closed it up.
