Really depends on the breed of bantam. My bantam Cochin is a really good layer, even at 3 years old.

i just found out that my banties got attacked and killled

they were killed by my neighbors dog, the same dog that killed my other two chickens. I MISS THEM!!!!!! my neighbor has offered to get me new banties but i know they won't be the same
