5mg per ml ivermectin pour on dosage

so for some reason the search function alway errors out for me, and I’m sure this has been discussed before. But could y’all chime in on the dosage you use(if you use it) for lice/mite/worm prevention. I would appreciate it if it was in ml per pound but can do the conversion if necessary, thanks!
Also any efficacy of this products use for the above stated prevention would be awesome as well!
