6.5 weeks, not fully feathered??? Japanese bantams!

My 6.5 week old Jap Bantams are not fully feathered yet! What is going on?
they are healthy, eating, growing, playing. But not feathers on head yet lol.

But him and the girl are the same feather wise. (I just don’t have a recent photo of her).

Good to know. My other chicks at this age were pretty much fully feathered. So I was like what is going on? Haha
