Chicks not fully feathered at week 6

My chicks are 6 weeks old and I heard they can live in the coop at 6 weeks but I've noticed they aren't fully feathered yet, is it safe or should I wait till they have them all?

As long as the weather's nice, they should be fine!

Kick them out, they don't need to be feathered completely.

"Mostly feathered" is fine. I've had chicks that were a a tad under half feathered be fine without heat in moderate temperatures.
