My turkeys are laying really well and fertility is excellent. I will include at least one extra egg

The Bourbon Red has a rich dark red to brown plumage and white flight and tail feathers. They became popular in the early 1900's and were promoted as the turkey from Bourbon County, Kentucky. They were accepted into the APA Standard in 1909. We find the Bourbons to be the most curious and friendly of our turkey breeds. The toms are about 33 pounds and the hens about 18 pounds.

I ship priority mail, and take boxes directly to the Oklahoma City Airport Post Office, where they fly priority mail daily. We pack each egg individually, with napkins & bubble wrap, then bundle the eggs together with tape, in the middle of the box then surround the eggs with lots more bubble wrap. We use the largest priority box available thru the post office, to ensure the best survivability of the eggs.

We participate in the NPIP program.

The birds I hatched out from eggs I bought from you last year are beautiful! The hens just began laying a week ago, giving me very large perfect eggs every other day. One of the hens is so friendly she always allows me to pick her up and seems to enjoy being petted. So glad you were selling BR eggs when I wanted them last year! Your packaging and shipping was excellent, plus I had over a 50% hatch rate on shipped eggs. Oh, they're also excellent table birds

I'm so glad you like them. It makes it worth while when I hear back about eggs I sold, especially when they travel across the country like that.

Yes, they are very friendly, docile birds. They always come running when they see us, even though I think it'smostly because we usually have food or a treat for them.

My husband had to brag & pat himself on the back .... he thinks the bourbon red turkeys are HIS TURKEYS

From one Okie to another...just mail em!! LOL! I will be paying via pay pal on Saturday! I can use any tips you may have on incubating Turkey eggs as I have only hatched chickens so far!

No problem. Hopefully if someone wants to bid higher than $16.01 they can bid by posting a message.
