6 clucker here

[6 cluckers]

Hi! Just joined. I'm just a married KS gal. We live in the country on the family farm. Been here 30 plus yrs. This spring we got 6 baby chicks for the coop we got and got our 1st egg today. Wow I was so excited. Been 20 yrs since we had chickens so it was exciting to find an egg today. This coming Sat is the day for them to start laying. So been checking several times a day. Nothing beats farm eggs. I told my husband we were nameing these birds when we got them but guess what- we have a Hen-rietta now. Only 5 to go. I just wanted to say hi. 6 clucker here.
