I watched this thing come out of the vent of my 6 day old chick. It has not been around any other chickens besides the chicks(of the same age) that is was shipped with and has not been outside. It's not a poop, and is stringy/gelatinous in feel. The whitish thing on it is a piece of shavings. This seems impossible for a 6 day old chick to have a worm of this size, so my brain says it must be intestinal shedding, but it's not pink at all. Any thoughts?
