Hello old friends. It's been a very long time since I've posted on BYC, but if I need answers I still read the forums.
We incubated 9 duck eggs fir the first time, and so far we have 6 beautiful WH babies 6 days old. This morning I found one duckling who can't stand or walk on her own. I took her from the brooder and examined her legs. They seem to just be limp and splayed out a little. I held her to the waterer and she drank well, put her by the feed and she took a bite, then back to the waterer for one more tiny sip. Still she's not able to walk, but wants to be with the rest of the babies. We put them on chick starter. It's all that's available here fif chickens and ducks. What else can I do to help her?
