6 eggs in 7 days

our ameracana, that everyone here tells us she is an EE not a true ameracana, was supposed to give us 3 or 4 eggs a week, just gave us our 6th egg in 7 days. she started on a 29 hour laying schedule and has been stepping it up, as of today she has trimmed it down to 23.5 hours. it must be a sign that you all were right, because everything I've read say's an Am. won't produce that fast. either way she is Awesome! Now if the RIR and BSL will join in the fun we won't have to eat another store bought egg.yeah!

My EE lays 6 days a week. My SS, RIR, and dark brahma lay 7 days a week. I never thought EE's and brahma's were such good layers.

I love my EE she is the best so far. She has laid 9 eggs in 10 days now.
