When it doubt: Squeeze it and freeze it!
I had an abundance of oranges, lemons, Meyers lemons, clementines, and grapefruit this year, so I froze the juice of whatever I had. Now, if I want to make something, I just thaw some.
Freeze some in ice cube trays for uses calling for a small amount.
And freeze some in something like yogurt containers, 1/2 filled, (Or go by how many pieces of fruit, such as: juice of 1 lemon, juice of 2 lemons etc. You can write on the container how much is in each with a marker.) for recipes calling for more. For those who make your own yogurt, beg these from friends who buy it anyway. (Later you can put holes in the bottoms of the containers and use them to plant early seeds for your garden. You can write on them with a Sharpie for that, too, so that you know what type of veggie, and variety, it is.)
When the juice is frozen, you can remove them from the containers, and put them into a freezer bag. Don't forget to label them.
