6 mo old pullet not laying eggs

All my pullets are the same age but 3 different breeds. All of them started laying at about 20-21 weeks old except for one. It is not a Roo! I know the seasons are changing and the egg laying goes down but she has never laid an egg. I know this because the California Grey(I have 2 of them) eggs are white and I am only getting one white egg and I have seen which hen is laying it. Should I bee concerned? She seems quite healthy. All my hens get at least 3 to 4 hrs of free ranging, have a large outdoor pen and their pen and coop is cleaned daily. They have oyster shell, auto waterer and feeder, 4 nest boxes, etc... What more can I do?

I had a hen start to lay around 9-10 months! I would wait a bit more for your girl. Daylight is not on your side at this point

I have 2 Colombian Wyandottes, and an EE that to my knowledge are not laying. hatch date 4/10. All the rest, as far as I know are laying, though not daily.
