6 month chicken has pale face

my 6 month old chicken has a pale face she is very weak and she did have mites and lice but i dusted her and also she is eating a little and drinking a little can anyone help me she is warm and i dont know any thing else to do for her

Does she still eat drink etc?
And does she stay with the main flock?
Is she all scrunched up or if she normal?

she is drinking a little and eating a little and she did but she was getting cold so i bringed her in to get warm and she scrunched up
