A lot of times a hen cannot be cured or saved. Often the best we can do is offer supportive care and comfort, which is exactly what you did for her.

Thanks so much to everyone for the advice!! I will look for and try some yeast infection/anti-fungal cream.
Her poo is looking more normal. I forgot to say that she is on meat bird pellets right now to help her gain weight and also because we had an extra bag. She also loves preening and relaxing in the garden and is a very sweet girl <3
