6 month old chicks.. Hen or Roo?

Hello. I was wondering if anyone could tell be what gender these two are? They are about 6 months old. I am leaning towards roosters. Any guesses on breed would be nice too, I know they are mixes though.

You're right they are both roosters because they have pointy feathers developing on their wings and saddle.

I think it is still to young to know for sure about sex though but it looks like it could be a black sex link female.

To me it looks like the first could be a female but I am not entirely sure due to the tail.
The second one looks to be male but what happened to his tail?

I don't know what happened to the tail. I haven't noticed any feather pickers in the flock. Those two are the only ones that do not have full tail feathers. Out of the 7 chicks in the flock these two are the smallest and last to fully feather out.
