Buck, my rooster is very sweet to people. There is nothing wrong with him, I just never wanted a rooster. And although I love him, I still dont want a rooster. He crows from about 5AM to 7.30AM, not very much of a crower. Tries to mount my large hen, as well as the pullets. Makes the whole integration thing alot harder when a hormone crazy roo is in the mix!
Again, he has never came after me in any sort of aggressive way! He has a cute personality, tries to show his large hen where to lay at night, hangs out by the keets (they seem to admire him!), he holds treats way up high and makes his "I found it!" noise for the girls to come get.. Such a cute boy! But I hadnt planned on having a rooster.. And I just cant fry him up, he didnt do anything wrong by being a boy!
