Are these faverolles true "whites?" There seems to be some color on their muffs and wings. I've had this show up in my faverolles before where I get a recessive "white." They're almost albino but still retain some pigment/shading on their wings and face, almost like they went and rolled in some yellowish soil.

Here's a pic of a bantam white faverolles, showing no pigment in his plumage.

SOLD! So beautiful!!!! I have been wanting some of these forever but my incubators have been full and I'm just gonna have to put incubator #3 back into service because I can't resist.

These hatched from Salmon Faverolle eggs So my guess would be that it is the recessive gene Yes they do have some soil colored places on them The breeder I bought the eggs from has been getting several whites lately so maybe its one of those things thats going to happen Maybe its time for the white to come out of the bird

The roo is also a recessive white cause he come from the same place so the odds are good that whites will come out I like the pure whites I wouldnt mind getting some of the bantams Did this help any?

Sounds interesting! I would definitely give those birds a bath and take some pictures of them in the sun. Nothing sells better than a good photograph. The only issue I have is if the rooster is also a "white" faverolle then he is supposed to be all white as well. It looks to me that the breeder is just breeding lighter and lighter hens to lighter roosters and bleaching out the salmon color from their bodies.
