6 week Ameraucana Gender Help

Hello, hatched this true blue ameraucana....not sure on gender, comb just started looking pink. Too soon to tell? Or do you think hen/roo? 6.5 weeks old

Maybe a hen...? But I'm not super sure, as it is still kinda young, it's still pretty freaking adorable though!

Right now I am saying pullet but it is kind of early still. 12 weeks is normally the best time to determine cockerel or pullet.

That’s adorable! I’m on the fence because I don’t want to get your hopes up and tell you pullet when it could be a cockerel. It doesn’t have big wattles yet but it’s comb is pretty red. Update pics in a few weeks and it should be more obvious but I’m leaning pullet.

Ameraucanas can be a little tricky. May have to wait until closer to 16 weeks. My pullets had pretty pink combs at 6 weeks, so could go either way. Recommend reposting at 12 weeks as others have suggested.

Pea combs are tough, I would wait a few more weeks.

Does this give anyone more information on rooster or pullet?
