Probably not.
I think the black and white one is your Cuckoo Maran, and I'm not seeing any signs of it being male at present.

Blue Sexlinks would have males that are actually blue, because the breeders manipulate the blue gene carefully-- crossing a splash parent to a black parent produces chicks that all have blue. Common for that kind of sexlink, not common with any other kind of chicken that is supposed to have blue.

You might have an auto-correct messing with some of your breed names.

A blue what?

Blue Laced Red Wyandottes usually produce some chicks with black lacing, some with blue lacing, and some with splash lacing. The blue gene just works that way. (Splash lacing looks pale gray, almost white.) So getting one with black lacing is not surprising. It does look more gold than red, so someone has been a little sloppy selecting their parent stock, but it could easily have come from Blue Laced Red parents. Probably just slightly poor quality (as regards color), not actually seling you the wrong bird.

Thank you! Yes, it hasn't been a good experience. But they chicks are growing very well now! Only lost one which died unexpectedly. Very strange.

Thank you for the quick reply! That GLW is supposed to bet a BLRW... Any chance it still is? Lol. I guess its wont matter if its a boy. I just had to rehome my last rooster a few months ago.

Another question. Out of those two lavenders, do they both look female?? Still at least 5 weeks. One of their combs is a bit more pink than yellow and has thicker legs, and barley any tail. Same body size though.
