6 Week-old Chicken Sick?

I have this one six week-old chicken that had been losing feathers at the bottom of its wing and it smells horrid. It has been staying in the corner while the other chickens play. I think it is going to die.

Can anyone tell me what this is and how I can fix it (if possible) Oh, and I think it had some pus under its wing.

Try to clean and disinfect the wound. Plain neosporin on top when you're done with that.
