6 Week Old Chicks Not Returning to Coop at Dusk

I've had 6 week old's not return to the coop from the run. Baiting them in seems to work 99% of the time. Older chicks will tend to go in when they want

Is 45 degrees too cold for 6 week old chicks? They have been out for a week but tonight is the first night this cold. I know some of you are laughing that 45 is cold but this is Florida!

There are 17 of them and they huddle every night.

No, they should be fine.

They huddle at night regardless of temperature.
I had 4 roosters in a building that would sleep in a pile on the stack of feed bins.
