6 week old chicks

Hi I'm new to the forum I have a problem with one of my six week old chicks, she appears to have gone off her legs? she won't stand up and moves around on her what I would call elbows, the others are ok I only have 5, she was ok yesterday now she's unable to walk.

Is she on cardboard or a slippery surface? That can cause spraddled legs. Do her legs and feet seem normal? Are they swollen or deformed at all?
