6 week old Delaware "pullets" from a feed store

so, photos 1&2 are what i think is the cockerel for sure. He is pretty tall, legs shaped differently, thicker too. 3,4,5 are what i HOPED was Della....she is shorter, SAME comb exactly as the other one tho...tail shot is blurry but you can see it is barred and not solid black (yet?)....compared to the first two shots you can see her markings are much lighter...they are 7 weeks yesterday i think. HER legs are shorter, she is squatter...part of me likes this "boy or girl" thing but i got them at feed store to avoid that! after two hatches this spring i really did not want to go there.

On a personal note, i am new to the posts here and glad you are doing well Rachel.....
and also...i am interested in your blue egg sex link bantam project...let me know if you get eggs available or even chicks! i love to drive to oregon!

thanks....i am going to just chill out and wait and enjoy them for now....! not that there is anything to do about it now anyway! thanks again....

Yes they were! Now have2 more. 3rd try for Delaware’s! Same thing. Maybe just burned twice I’m imagining. Came Across my old texts here with the photos! Dispatch is seven weeks now and comes definitely smaller and not anywhere near that red. Fairly confident girls. But one is totally huge! Neither have any kind of mail across my old texts here with the photos! This batch is seven weeks now and comes definitely smaller and not anywhere near that red. Fairly confident girls. But one is totally huge! Neither have any kind of male stance. Both have that wonderful Delaware personality. I will keep one and the other is going to a new home with a Y and DON as her friend. So I hope I’m not giving her a boy!
