Can we get some pics showing the front/top of the head? Knee jerk reaction is to assume pullets due to very small comb, but the situation might be different when viewed from other angles.

For that matter, does #1 even have a comb?

From the new order (top of head), I would say pullet, wait-and-see, pullet. The redness in the comb on the middle one could go either way.
