6 week old muscovy duckling ate a nerf dart. Help

My 6 week old duckling swallowed a nerf dart/bullet. The hard end was removed. I've given it grit periodically for awhile now. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I can't say I have. How big was this nerf dart, how long ago did this happen? Unless you feel like taking her to a vet, at this point I'd say its just a waiting game. Make sure to pay close attention to her dropping's, and crop.

I’d keep the grit out all the time. Your duck will need it to process this. How large are these nerf darts/ bullets

They're about 2 1/2 inches long, and maybe 1/2 inch diameter. They're made of a neoprene foam type stuff. They put you in the mind of a tiny pool noodle, with a plastic cap on one end. It did not have the plastic on the end of it. Just the foam.

It happened around 2:00 pm today.

How is her poop looking?

So far, it looks fine.

It ate food, grit, and drank water today, and I have those things in it's brooder box. Poops look good so far.

How old is this duckling? Hopefully the grit will help break it down so it passes on through.
