She(I hope) is about 6 weeks I believe. She just started walking funny one evening and hasn't gotten better. It's been over a week. No other symptoms. It's like she can't catch her balance and is stumbling and falling forward as she walks. If it was an injury I would have expected some improvement by now. What could it possibly be, she seems otherwise healthy.
I can't figure out how to upload a video. It's saying the file is too large.

Yes, I thought Mareks too at first. After almost 9 days she would have other symptoms. I lost another chick a while ago to it about this age and it was 2-3 days of rapid decline.
She is on starter grower-purina with save a chick and probiotics.
I did have them using laying crumbles for about 2 days bc I ran out of baby food. That was about 2 weeks ago.
I just examined her more thoroughly and I see nothing. When she stretched her legs I had her push agains my hand. She seems to have strength in both. I felt of her hips and everything feels the same on both sides. I think I may have heard a light pop when I straightened and bent her leg. I think it's the right leg that's shaky. Almost like she is holding it out to the side further. Could she have dislocated something?

Okay, I have checked out the website and I cannot figure this out. Her legs are kind of far apart so I have them connected with this thing I made that's similar to what they use for splayed legs. I'm not sure that is it because she's kind of old to develope that right? She still trips with it on.
She can straighten her leg, resist pressure, squeeze my finger. She just can't walk without tripping over herself and she can't get up the ladder like she once could.
I really wish I could help this girl!

I think it's been too long. I've had a couple of Chicks with it before and the decline is pretty rapid. She is still very energetic and we are going on 2 weeks. She eats and drinks fine and is very feisty when I examine her. I intially thought that was it too.

I've had some live a few weeks, but we generally cull before they get too bad, so I don't know how long they would survive. Every Mareks bird can act differently depending on where the tumors are and what nerves they are pressing on. Of course you never know for sure if it's Mareks without a necropsy. Another option is a brain injury. Looks like a little rooster too.
