6 weeks old, Lethargic, roached-back, poor balance, still eating

I have a 6-7 week old New Hampshire Red who is showing signs of illness. She is lethargic, has a roached-back (tail down, butt up), poor balance, but is still eating and drinking plenty. Shes young enough where the egg cant be an issue, so any help diagnosing is much appreciated. Thanks again!

How old is she?
Maybe check her crop. And check around her vent for a egg shaped thing. If shes still young she may be a premature layer and the egg may have gotten stuck.
