The marans eggs in your bator can't be the those that you just won, are they? If so I really am jealous - I'm waiting on mine to arrive. I did end up with Aceschix mint chocolate chip marans/ameraucana auction, so I do have some pretty, dark brown eggs coming as well - February may just shape up into a very good month. We should jump in to a February hatch along thread! Happy hatching!

BUT, I am going to be in Disneyland around the time these ship and I have a trip planned to Texas right at the end of March! I couldn't leave the babies for a week with some untrained chicken caretaker!!!

Nor would I want too. I love the babies!

No hard feelings at all. I do have Kat's blue Marans safely tucked into the Brinsea and can't wait to see them hatch! The really funny thing was I got caught up in the free shipping offer too AND I was always planning on driving to pick them up!

I am wicked smart when I get caught up in something. You should have seen me at a quarter horse auction.....DH was ready to hogtie me and put me in the truck. I got that pretty grey mare though! Good luck with the chickies.
