6 wk old mounting other chicks?

Hi, one of my 6 wk old chicks is mounting the other chicks. Does this indicate I have a cockerel on my hands or could this possibly just be part of establishing pecking order? I've only ever seen females 'face off' with each other, never seen one mount the others.

Probably a cockerel, but it could be a pullet being dominant. I've seen stranger things before. Post pics and we'll see if we can help you answer more definitively!
