NEVER, last night we candled the eggs and my wife got all excited when the embryos moved. She is a city girl so chickens were not part of her upbringing. Loves to hold the babies when they hatch.

Woke up at 4:05 to a very vocal chick. I figured it out real quick that our master bath is not the best place for hatching, as these little ones are just a singing. I left for work this morning with one out, and 5 more that had pipped. Humidity went up to 65%, but then came back to 59%. Wish I was home to watch, but my daughter will keep me updated.

This is what my temperature and humidity is right now. ..
What do you think? ..
Good? ..
Too high?
Too little? ..

It all looks fine. Get the chick out when it is dry. It it starts hurting the one you helped, take it out then. If it is too wet still, it can be dried off with a hair dyer.
