6wk chick Wry Neck- Help!

I assume this is why neck. Looks like it from photos I’ve seen.
It’s almost 6wks old. A frizzle mix. No one else seems to have an issue.

Apparently it had it last night but son didn’t inform me till I just saw it.
It separated in a small kennel with some water that has Poultry cell in it.
Already gave it about 0.5mL of Nutridrench via dropper.
Anything else I can do?
I’ve also gently massaged it some.

It was bad today. Sucks too. Because it was such a unique color frizzle.
