6wk old Chick suddenly has strange looking toes

I noticed this evening one of my 6week old Swedish Flower chick's toes looked very unusual. I don't recall them looking anything like this a few days ago and the other chicks appear fine. I gave him/her nutridrench this evening. Any ideas? Vitamin deficiency? Injury?

Is there any other symptoms such as weight loss, collapsed crop, neck paralysis? Could be a symptom of Mareks. Was it vaccinated?
