7 1/2 week old Easter Eggers

These came from Hoover’s Hatchery and I’m only guessing at their breeds: Easter Egger. They’re 7 1/2 weeks old. I don’t see any obvious Roos but I’d still like opinions.

In the picture they’re slightly flushed from being chased around. Because of that I’ll also include some unflattering group shots. Maybe these will help with sexing. Or maybe they’ll just muddy the water. There are lots of other birds in the pictures but I’ll throw them out there anyways.

Bird #4 “Puzzle”, crazy comb on this one. Like a rose comb with ridges on the outer edges. Huge legs too but I’ve been fooled by some overly masculine Orpington pullets before.

"Puzzle" looks like a cockerel. I think the rest are pullets, but I will let others with more experience chime in.

I’ll be growing them all out to 18 weeks at a minimum. I’ll post an update before any roosters get processed.

I agree with the breed mix suggestion. She came direct from the hatchery but reminds me a ton of the barnyard mixes I’ve hatched. Seems like she might be an oddball, one off, Wyandotte lineage, so ugly it’s cute, kinda bird.
