7.5 week buff brahmas (update think one is a cockerel) now 13 weeks

ok do I still have to wait to name these 2?? They are 7.5 weeks old and they seem so feminine but nervous to get too attached. They are bantams and wondering if they are girls?? Or do I need to wait a few more weeks before I can quit calling them "pat"
