7-8 week old chicks Gender?

Hello! I hatched 11 chicks on July 12th, we kept 3,... They are just about 8 weeks old now. I’m pretty sure I have a definite pullet and a definite cockerel,.... but I have an Easter Egger mix that has me 100% stumped *s/he* was definitely an early one to feather out but *s/he*looks so much pinker then the Pendesenca mix that I’m pretty sure is a pullet and not as large or as red as the crested cream legbar mix that I’m thinking is a roo. I’d love your thoughts as I’m feeling super stumped! Thanks soooo much!!!
