Between the time my husband and I went to sleep last night and when we woke up this morning there were 3 babies that hatched, and while we were at work 4 more hatched.
NOW, here's the background Marilyn has been sitting on eggs for 4 weeks and nothing was hatching and we were a little panicked so we found someone locally who had eggs that were due to hatch on May 6, 2010. So... we bought 7 bantam eggs that would be hatching and we swapped eggs so Marilyn would actually have eggs that hatched...
Marilyn is a Mille Fleur d'Uccle and a big sweetheart and let me tell you she has been very very protective of her eggs. So now she's the proud mamma of 7 little old english game bantams... aren't they just adorable...
