My Rooster ELMO about a month ago over night unable to walk. Thought two Rooster fought. Looked him all over, no injuries. He would get winded quick trying to get around using his wings and crawling on his hunches. Searched the web found alot of ideas. Fed him mash, grain, grumbles and fresh fruits daily sometimes cooked rice with fruit. Lots of water. Started probiotics, and electrolytes in water. Also started feeding him 1 scrambled egg every couple days. Great appetite. Could not get him into the Vet. For 2 weeks. Did the vitamins an made him a wheel chair, which he sits in but will not try to walk. No sores on feet. He will roost at night if I put him up. Otherwise he will sir on ground. Vet. said roosting is good. Keeps his core strong. Appointment showed me no parasites an possible genetics. I don't buy it. Any ideas??? Not giving up.

Sorry about Elmo. Did you vitamins include ribofavin (vitamin B 2. ) Was he vaccinated for Mareks disease? Hopefully, he is suffering from a riboflavined eficiency. I would treat him with 1/2 tablet of super B complex crushed and added to feed or a little water daily. Riboflavin deficiency might be a problem, but at his age, Mareks disease might also be a problem. Here is some resding:
