7 week old Ameraucana hen has eye problems

Her eyes (even more so, her right one) a red, puffy and she won't open them. She's acting weird, like just standing around with her wings drooped. I tried to check her eyes, when I opened it (barely) pus came out. I don't know what's wrong or how to cure her. I just changed her bedding from hay to pine bedding. The other girl with her is acting perfectly normal and healthy.

I just got them a few days ago. The woman put a blue liquid on them as a deworming preventative, so I don't know if it's that, the bedding, or something else.

I really need help, I don't want her to die and I don't know what to do

It possibly could be the start of a respiratory disease, especially if she has any sneezing, nasal drainage, gasping or wheezing. A peck or foreign body in the eye could cause a swollen eye, but many times with a newly pruchased chicken, they can be carrying a chronic respiratory disease such as MG or coryza. I would lookinto the eye with a light for anything unusual.
I am not aware of a blue liquid for worming--do you know the name of it? There is a blue spray for wounds called BluKote which is mostly gentian violet and alcohol. Do you have other healthy chickens? If so, keep these chickens far away from them, and keep them quarantined for at least 30 days.
If I had just bought a chicken with those symptoms, I would be inclined to return it, ot think about culling it, and sending the body inot the state vet for a necropsy. That would give you a diagnosis. If you want to treat her with antibiotics, Tylan or oxytetracycline in the water are useful against bacterial respiratory diseases.

The liquid I think was called wazine. She doesn't have any sneezing or nose running, just the drooped wings, tiredness and puffy eyes with pus. The first day I got them I put them with my 2 silkies that are the same age and I noticed the silkies pecking at them so I put them in a separate cage immediately. I wonder if they pecked her eyes and it caused this? If so, how do you treat that? Also, where can I get those antibiotics in case? Thank you

Tylan and oxytetracycline powder for the water, snd Tylan 50 injectable (which can also be given orally) are usually found in feed stores in the cattle medicine section.

I cleaned her eyes and she's able to open them a little now. Also, I inspected her more closely and noticed that her nose is leaking a tiny bit and she gasps for air sometimes I think because her nose must be stuffed up, so I'm thinking it's got to be a respiratory problem. I will get the Tylan 50 for her. So how much, orally, should I give her being that she is only 7 weeks, so she's small and barely weighs anything?
