7 week old Ameraucana; Roo or Pullet?

Your bird is actually an Easter Egger rather than a true Ameraucana, and with that very red comb with three rows of peas in it (females have only a single row of peas), it is a cockerel.

How can you tell a true ameraucana?

I have a true Blue (BBS) Ameraucana cockerel that I bought from Meyers. He hatched August 28th, 2022. You can see him here posing for a Captain Morgan's commercial. LOL I also have a Blue (BBS) Ameraucana pullet that hatched the same day, with the rest of my chickens. She's in the 2nd picture on the far right, on the roosting bar.

I think your rooster just isn't old enough to crow yet. Larger breeds take longer to mature.
