I'm fairly confident it's a male, but, if you still aren't sure, wait a couple months. My Brahma cockerel just started crowing, and he's 7 months old. You've got plenty of time to be sure.I noticed 3 rows in the comb and started wondering. The center row is definitely much bigger, the side rows are very thin and kinda hidden by baby feathers. This is my first time with chicks (and never had a Brahma before), so I'm still not sure. It sure has some big feet, too! You can't tell from the pictures because he/she is roosting on my hand.
Anyone else? The farm sold me the chicks as "guaranteed pullets/females"... I'm not ready to take Pearl back just yet!!!!!
