thanks for all the replies. so relieved it's a pullet Also I'm pretty sure they're not red sex links, just because I got them from a straight run, unknown breed(s) batch that did not contain white chicks: only black and yellow.

the males are a really llight yellow whereas the females are darker. Proboby red sex- links and black sex- links.. black chicks with white dot on head would be male and without would be female.

yours are 100% female
