7 week old hen,sick or very relaxed?

I have 4-7week old Maran's 2 roos and 2 hens, one of the hens lays about a lot the others run around her and act very normal, I can see no injury, no mites or bugs. poo looks good, can get up and walk ran a short distance tonight to get a treat. Ate some pro-biotics mixed with bread and egg out of my hand then went off and laid down under the coop. Same size as others gets up on the roost but will let the other chicks walk over her rather then move?? What do you think?

I am not sure on this one....Perhaps she is the low dog on the totem pole and is just more layed back.
If there are no signs and she is eating, drinking and pooping fine, i say just watch her.
