7 week old (maran?) breed opinions

We hatched out chicks earlier this year, one black copper maran and this one, who I think must be some sort of mix. I have two questions about her.
1. is she a blue copper maran? I thought so but I noticed she is very fluffy, is this normal?
And 2, will the feathers on her feet grow any more? How much will she have when she’s an adult?

She is a mix (she has a beard).

It may just be my quality of the photo, but I feel like I see a beard...

I’m no expert in chickens so I wouldn’t have spotted it .

Here is an EE with a beard...looks quite like yours to me...they grow over time to become more...POOFY! I love their beards...

It does appear like she has a beard (a tiny one). She may not be a pure blue maran, but she sure is beautiful!
