Looks like a pullet, although she's got another few weeks before it can be said for sure.

at this point in time looks like a pullet. In the next 2-4 weeks if her comb suddenly enlarges and get bigger - all bets are off.

I don't see anything screaming cockerel at this point so I'm thinking pullet. However, it that comb reddens up over the next few weeks, you will know you have a cockerel.
