7 Week old with leg injury, suggestions?

I went to take the chicks outside this morning and I noticed that one of my EE's has something wrong with her leg. The leg is facing the wrong direction but her foot is on the ground. It has to have happened in the last 24 hours. She doesn't seem to be in too much pain and is moving around the run and eating.
